On The Diamond since 2002

We've been butchering on The Diamond in Belturbet since 2002. The beef in our counter comes from farms around Belturbet, and everything we sell is produced in the shop - sausages, burgers, stuffed chops, and the cooked dinners that go out the door by the tray.

We're members of the Irish Butchers' Guild, and the dry-aging cabinet stands right in the shop where you can see the beef hanging. The old photographs of Belturbet run along the tops of our walls - this is a town shop, and it stays that way.

The shelves carry our neighbours too: Corleggy Cheese, Manor Farm Chicken and Moran's Mega Jams, with fruit, veg and frozen food alongside the counter.
